We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for Xsolla Drops and XPN solutions. This person will work within a tightly-knit global product team of 9 engineers, 2 product owners, designers, and experiences head of business as a main stakeholder. You will play an integral role within our cross-team communications.

Xsolla Partner Network (XPN) is a platform connecting publishers and influencers. Influencers get access to game developers' programs and place special links for their audience in streaming services, social networks, and so on. Thanks to these links, the attribution of revenue generated by players is carried out to influencers.

Drops is a solution that enables influencers, celebrities, production companies, and marketing agencies to collaborate with game developers and creators to issue and distribute various items as drops to their audiences without coding. Drops can be placed on any platform and offer revenue-sharing with referrers who bring gamers to Drops' partner games, from each gamer's lifetime transactions. Referrers can include gamers, influencers, production studios, agencies, or even competing game developers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, account, integration, and business development teams to drive the evolution of Xsolla's Drops and XPN solutions.
  • Align with Directors of Products, Product Owners, Business Development Lead, Design, Legal, and Marketing Lead to meet market and stakeholder expectations across units.
  • Update product vision and strategy quarterly and maintain a product development roadmap on portfolio and program levels.
  • Manage and prioritize features in the product backlog at the program level and improve cross-domain interactions.
  • Continuously improve cross-domain interactions between domains and products outside.
  • Develop and iterate solutions based on customer, market, and stakeholder needs, and educate relevant teams on best practices.
  • Educate Business Development, Account Management, Integration Management teams to use products by training and sharing best practices.
  • Build and expand the product team by defining roles and responsibilities for new hires.
  • Define messaging and communication about new and existing features to assist in business development and sales of said products and solutions.
  • Validate UX designs and business plans for new and existing products and features in the publishing domain.
  • Manage budgets and financial expectations of new and existing products.
  • Help the existing solutions and products to keep target YoY growth by Drops and XPN solutions.
  • Be a continuous improvement's evangelist for everyone in the company and outside the company.

Expectations

  • Work experience of 3+ years as a Senior Product Manager in B2B related to user acquisition area.
  • Have experience with Influencer Marketing products (optional but good bonus).
  • Experience with financial management, analysis, P&L, forecasting.
  • Data-driven and outcome focused mindset.
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and prioritizing, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Meet, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.).
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate within all levels of the company.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking approach, anticipating the needs of the department/team.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment and prioritize assignments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • PSPO III or SAFE POPM certificated (optional but good bonus).
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
