Product Analyst

You will

• Improve customer and product understanding to find potential for improvements.
• Deliver actionable, data-driven quantitative analysis.
• Build and improve the product and business metrics tree, identifying certain correlation points within partnership product scope.
• Analyze survey and customer development/problem interview results.
• Generate and check hypotheses based on data (A/B testing).
• Improve the customer journey map by analyzing large data sets and building experiments.
• Oversee UX/UI weaknesses, ideating on possible improvements.
• Maintain and update unit-economics calculations within partnership products.
• Drive dashboards, build processes, and align corresponding teams.
• Translate data analyses and data insights into visuals for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Data Office and Technology teams to improve data management approaches and outputs.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with a large component of mathematical modelling, such as applied mathematics, information technology, physics, economics, or technical or natural sciences.
• 3 or more years of experience in Amplitude, Google Analytics, BigQuery, or R/Python.
• Deep understanding of product and business metrics of B2B/B2B2C products such as fintech, gaming, gambling, e-commerce or similar.
• Excellent data analysis skills, with 3 or more years of BI or analytics experience.
• Excellent understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory: correlations, effects, and anomaly detection.
• Strong knowledge of SQL: complex queries and analytic functions.
• Ability to formalize and visualize the results of data analyzes.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
