C&B Specialist

What you will do

• Develops and maintains grading system within the Company.
• Participates in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
• Develops salary bands for the roles (for several Company’s location).
• Develops and maintains bonus system in the Company.
• Annual salary review managing.
• Total rewards analysis and improvement (+managing total rewards package).
• Employment systems managing and improvement.
• HR budgeting.
• HRIS managing.
• HR reports / analytics (+ automation).

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of C&B experience in IT Companies.
• Proven experience in grading system implementation.
• Proven experience in bonus system implementation.
• English level (enough for communication with native English speakers).

Nice to have:

• C&B in companies with OKR goal setting system.

The salary is paid in the currency of the country of registration, the approximate fork is indicated, the final amount is discussed individually and depends on the personal tax percentage.
