Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Agile developers to deliver high-quality software using Scrum methodology.
• Facilitate the Scrum process and ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework.
• Work with the team to estimate, plan, and deliver software releases on time and within budget.
• Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and transparency.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading Agile development teams.
• Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with Django and aiohttp.
• Experience working with Docker, AWS, Azure, and Yandex Cloud.
