Senior Business System Analyst

You will

• Identify, collect and process requirements.
• Devise technical specifications by analyzing requirements, preparing workflow charts, data models, UI specifications, etc.
• Research various tools and solutions, and evaluate their benefits, risks, and consequences.
• Manage technical difficulties, working with developers when necessary.
• Prepare technical and user documentation.

The ideal candidate

• 5 years experience in software development as a Business / System Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of requirements management (Use cases / User stories) as well as an understanding of non-functional requirements and their role in software development processes.
• Great understanding of integration processes and the ability to design integration schemas involving multiple systems with different types of integration mechanisms.
• Good experience in business processes and notations such as BPMN and UML.
• Good knowledge of Web Services and REST API, HTTP, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with databases with basic knowledge of SQL, allowing you to select the information you need by yourself.
• Understanding of basic concepts of UI/UX.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Russian and English is a must.
