Product Manager (AI/ML)

Responsibilities

• Work on the product roadmap based on the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to work on delivering various AI / ML solutions to meet company goals.
• Ensure that all the requirements for ML capabilities are fulfilled.
• Work closely with the engineering teams and product leaders to ensure everything is being developed and managed accordingly.
• Evaluate what metrics need to be tracked to improve machine learning models.
• Document properly concepts and specifications together with the team.
• Identify new business opportunities that can utilize AI / ML technology to drive profitability.
• Hold user interviews and user behavior data.
• Correct implementation scenarios according to data and metrics analysis.

Requirements

• You have +2 years of experience working as an AI / ML Product Manager (+4 years in total on a Product Manager position).
• You are a Fluent English speaker.
• Broad knowledge of AI fundamentals, basic ML and data science concepts.
• Good at determining what problems we could solve with ML and what note. Be able to justify your choice.
• Strong commitment to the final outcome and the quality of the results.
• Be able to explain complex concepts in simple words when communicating to stakeholders or customers.
• Optional, but highly relevant. You have technical background (Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, or you've worked as a Dev / QA Engineer in the past).

To receive a salary, you must be able to legally work outside of Russia and the Republic of Belarus, as well as be able to receive wages from a German bank, that is, you will need a valid account outside the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
