You are welcome to work remotely from any eligible country (Europe, Armenia, Turkey).

UpTeam is a consulting development company with HQ in Silicon Valley and product teams working remotely from different countries (there are colleagues leaving in Romania, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Georgia, Turkey etc.). We are working on a number of breakthrough B2B and B2C SaaS and Cloud Automation Projects for the global markets.

Now we are looking for a Flutter Developer for one of our projects where we help to build a safety monitoring and analytics application for construction companies. The client is an Israeli company and global leader in the field of safety management in the construction industry and is being used by hundreds of construction and infrastructure projects.

It's a Web and Mobile tenant management system where organization owners or responsible employees create safety reports on a daily / weekly or monthly basis. Safety managers in the work zones collect all the info regards safety accidents in construction zones and populate it into the system so that no information gets lost.

So this is the primary purpose of the system — first: gather info — then: store it in one place — after it: make decisions and in the end save human lives.

Tasks in the position

Build beautiful and compelling web interfaces for accident-preventing systems.
Grow your own skills and capabilities, surrounded by like-minded, crazy-smart, passionate creators focused on building best-in-class products.
Collaborate with the leadership team, and product and marketing managers to define and track marketing goals, objectives, and metrics.
Build an application interface in its entirety from wireframes. From idea through design to completion, all of your work will be on the critical path for the team and the business.

Requirements

1+ year experience in Flutter framework.
Advanced experience in building UI (Flutter Widgets / Layout).
Solid understanding and experience interacting with back-end services.
Strong experience in writing unit and integration tests.
Profound competence in web development.
In-depth understanding of design guidelines and patterns in web development and their differences.

Nice to have:

Proficiency and experience in one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Dart, Kotlin, or Swift.
Experience developing iOS or android mobile apps.
English level B1.
Agile development (Scrum).
