Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Team management: task allocation and monitoring of their progress, tracking deadlines and task execution quality.
• Managing the team backlog: evaluation, planning, task prioritization.
• Creating and improving processes within the team.
• Interacting with other teams and internal stakeholders.
• Participation in team assembly, its development, and motivation.

Requirements

• Relevant experience of 3+ years in a Project Manager role or Team Manager role.
• Technical education/technical background.
• Experience in interacting with stakeholders and managing their expectations.
• Expert in Kanban and Scrum frameworks and application of it in product management and delivery.
• Practical experience with Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence.
• English proficiency at the B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:
